To sign up your group for a tournament you should do the following;

Fill out the form(keep a copy for yourself) and mail a copy to:

Please include a check for the required deposit amount(Click on Deposit Requirements).
Cancellation Requirements:
- 30 days for Night Golf or Day/Night Golf
- 7 days for all other tournaments(Group Events)
- If you cancel after these deadlines the deposit will be forfeited.
